After two weeks of vacation in Manila, we’re back in the land where we can’t afford a car. 

I can’t believe there’s so much (I feel) I have to catch up with considering I’m not working.  There’s this research I’m helping my mom with, my sister-in-law’s website, and all the stuff that I follow on my reader.  Plus archiving and posting all the pictures from the last 2 weeks. 

The last 2 weeks was fun yet exhausting, it took a toll on my body.  I’m usually resistant to coughs and colds but all that activity left me vulnerable so the last few days of my stay I had a major cold, cough, tonsillitis, and my left ear hurt from getting water in it.  I also had a major sunburn despite wearing SPF 50 sunblock but now I’m just peeling and totally burnt.  But all’s good because I had FUN! And so did Jor and Luke which makes my fun even more fun if that makes sense at all.

But like always, I didn’t get to do everything I need and wanted to do like meet all of my friends.    I felt like I was out everyday doing an errand.  But I’m happy – especially about my pet project I call project Sta. Rosa which is close to success!

There’s really so much to be thankful for and when you’re living overseas you really get to appreciate the time you spend with family which I’d otherwise take for granted.
