Banana Walnut Bread Pudding with Hot Fudge
I’ve always been a little scared of baking because I keep hearing Wolfgang Puck in my head saying “Baking is like architecture.” (If you don’t put the right amount of ingredients, the building crumbles – or something to that effect.) And though I love cooking, my cooking style was never the measured type. I go by instinct and taste. Plus if I see all those sinful ingredients that goes into a delicious baked masterpiece, I start to imagine all the calories in every bite and then I get guilty.
But today, I got to use our new mini oven for the first time and tried out this Banana Walnut Bread Pudding with Hot Fudge recipe that I found.
It turned out great! Jor loved it. He was also kinda scared of how it was going to turn out but my pudding exceeded all expectations. But as always, the sight of food made me completely forget to take pictures. I’ll try to remember to take one when do my next batch.
