My spooky encounter
Last night, or should I say very early this morning, I found my site down so I tried to find out if my host’s server crashed or my site was just suspended. So I decided to visit all my sites and I discovered one of them was displaying a page that was not my index page. I quickly checked my site files to see where the page is coming from but all that’s there is my original index page.
What’s spooky is the page that was displayed was a very somber page with a grayscale picture of a boat (a symbol of crossing over to the afterlife) and the email of a former officemate who’s passed away years ago. The same former officemate who I heard recently was said to have been seen by some new hires in the office. I asked my host if this was a prank but he insisted it wasn’t. Besides, me and the said officemate would hardly be put together in the same train of thought.
I don’t really want to believe stuff like these but it really got me spooked. No thanks to Yuga who got me all scared. I hope my former officemate is resting in peace. I said quite a number of little prayers for him today.
I’m just glad everything’s back to normal again!

Hei people, Happy Fool’s Day!!!
Two elderly couples were enjoying friendly conversation when one of the men asked the other, “Fred, how was the memory clinic you went to last month?”
“Outstanding,” Fred replied. “They taught us all the latest psychological techniques – visulization, association – it made a huge difference for me.”
“That’s great! What was the name of the clinic?”
Fred went blank. He thought and thought, but couldn’t remember. Then a smile broke across his face and he asked, “What do you call that flower with the long stem and thorns?”
“You mean a rose?”
“Yes, that’s it!”
He turned to his wife “Rose, what was the name of that clinic?”
