The Makati police has uploaded a set of videos on Youtube to help the public be more aware of the different modus operandi of criminal elements. It’s very informative. For starters, I now know what the Chief looks like. (He’s pretty young.) Kudos to him!

Everyone should let their helpers watch the Dugo-dugo video.

I think a simple awareness campaign like this one can help a lot. Walang maloloko kung walang magpapaloko.
