		<description>I know now why the cd failed to copy some files when installing the OS.  I just remembered that it was happening the first time we tried to install the OS too.  Although the installer was brand new and it didn't seem dirty, wiping it did the trick.  

It usually would prompt you to insert the the needed discs but towards the end it would prompt that it cannot locate wmlaunch.exe, I had to put all the discs in the cd drive before I realized the missing file was on disc 1.  Why didn't it just prompt me to insert it back to begin with.  Tsk</description>
