		<description>I know now why the cd failed to copy some files when installing the OS.  I just remembered that it was happening the first time we tried to install the OS too.  Although the installer was brand new and it didn&#039;t seem dirty, wiping it did the trick.  

It usually would prompt you to insert the the needed discs but towards the end it would prompt that it cannot locate wmlaunch.exe, I had to put all the discs in the cd drive before I realized the missing file was on disc 1.  Why didn&#039;t it just prompt me to insert it back to begin with.  Tsk</description>
