New housemates!
It was probably inevitable. We’re far away from Jurong Bird park but bird sounds are like white noise around here. If not for the noise of the buses stopping in front of our building, I often wake up thinking I’m in the middle of the jungle.
Last weekend, we discovered that a pair of pigeons have built their nest on our ledge. They have 2 little eggs. One bird is constantly warming the eggs, while the other one gathers nesting materials. It’s cute! Though it would have been cool if they were some exotic species.
