This a more recent pic of Cesar:

Local Actor Cesar Montano and Taye Diggs. I read years ago in some tabloid that Cesar Montano was sometimes mistaken overseas for Keanu Reeves. I think he looks more like Taye Diggs to me, which is not bad at all.
